Trattoria Il Mulino at The Westin Houston Memorial City will appeal to all the senses with many of their classic Abruzzi family recipes served in a casually elegant atmosphere. The exciting menu features a diverse offering of elegantly and bountifully presented dishes, prepared from original, Italian recipes as well as a wide array of pizzas and pastas with an extensive Italian wine list to complement the menu. Chefs will focus on creating lighter dishes utilizing the freshest, seasonal ingredients from local and regional growers and purveyors. As part of the Trattoria Il Mulino experience, guests will enjoy complimentary antipasto, marinated eggplant, and a variety of freshly baked Italian breads.
Trattoria Il Mulino’s open kitchen will offer guests a birds-eye view into the excitement of a professional kitchen. Guests will enjoy the sights, sounds, and enticing aromas as the Il Mulino chefs prepare the traditional feasts for which they have become famous.
