Snap 2 began in 1995 as an Event Management and Service Staff Training Company. The founder, Patsy Akers-Rhymes, a career food and beverage expert has over 30 years of extensive experience in the North American, European and Middle Eastern markets. She is also a member of the Guild of Sommeliers since 1981.
Snap 2 is the only center approved to offer the International NVQ qualification in theUnited States Europe .
In 2004, Patsy was elected president of the British American Business council, and in 2006 was selected for Mayor Bill White’s Committee for Houston International & Development and currently serving as the Committee Chairperson of Special Events.
Snap 2 supplies comprehensive or a la carte services for any event.
